I was with this bank for over 20 years. Never had a problem or gave them a problem. Now they want to cut ties with me over TikTok fraud. Believe me, I’m big on not liking scammers or frauds. Reach out to me personally when you see fraud. Also any money that was taken by my account when a scammer or fraudulent person occurs. This is per their Security Policy. Will not pick up the phone or return multiple messages. Try another bank, this one is not worth it
Extremely rude front desk lady (Tammy), I’ve been in multiple times the last time was just to make a deposit last week and she makes you feel like you’re wasting her time and has an extremely bad attitude for being the face of the bank. However, I had very pleasant encounters when booking appointments with staff in the offices. I will be using the drive thru from now on and doing in person deposits elsewhere.
I have been an account holder for 2 years. I had zero negative experiences. The service is always professional and thorough. Of course banking transactions can be at times more time-consuming than others. I read a few negative comments from various "Karens" and I smile... Get a life, be patients and be grateful for every day ..🙏
Closed on Saturday!! Must be nice.
