Been dealing with this bank for 47 years and always got treated with respect. I had a issue and needed some tax papers and Erica was so helpful, quick, efficient and very welcoming and solved issue in a short time. Very professional.Great job, would recommend to anyone.
Atm machines always have issues. It ate my card this past week. Their fraud alert systems are pretty mediocre as well, it alerts when I withdraw money weekly almost weekly even though it’s small amounts. To top it off, they offer low interest rates for savings accounts. I use it as a local atm and do my primary banking elsewhere.
I was with this bank for over 20 years. Never had a problem or gave them a problem. Now they want to cut ties with me over TikTok fraud. Believe me, I’m big on not liking scammers or frauds. Reach out to me personally when you see fraud. Also any money that was taken by my account when a scammer or fraudulent person occurs. This is per their Security Policy.
