Terrible Experience – Avoid This Branch My experience with this bank has been beyond disappointing. The tellers act like they own the place and show zero interest in helping customers. When I asked for even the most basic assistance, they just stood there and passed me off to someone else without any explanation. I requested to speak with the branch manager, and instead of coming to talk to me, she apparently messaged the staff through the computer saying I needed an appointment just to speak with her. This bank doesn't honor the SCHEDULED HOURS!! They will lock up early, see you standing outside..and just blatantly ignore you. I've genuinely only had one good experience going to this bank. Rude, unwelcoming, and an awkward presence is all you will get from this place🤢🤢🤮
