Buena atención
Teller line provided excellent customer service. The employee thar helps with acct opening and other non teller transactions was not welcoming and lacked customer service. I think her last name was Fedele.
They wanted to charge me $8.80 to cash a check drawn on heir bank. F M&T and their greed! I will never do business wih them. This is after wating in line for 10 minutes because only one teller was working. Update why would I waste time contacting M&T. I have cut my losses and informed all my customers that effective immediately I will no longer accept checks from the greedy bank M&T. Again F M&T bank and their greed. I will keep using a credit union and not greedy banks.
