Horrible bank policies. I would recommend never finance a vehicle through M&T bank. When you want to sell your car they will not issue release of a paid lien for 10days. Holding onto the funds and holding up your title transfer. Beware of this policy. Finance elsewhere.
I went into the Webster branch today to get a cashiers check and was shocked when I was told that there was a $10 charge because I was not a preferred customer! We have kept a generous savings account with your company that we could have gotten much more interest on at ESL! When I made mention that we should close the account and change banks (which I will be doing) no effort was made to course correct.
