I had an estate account open for my mother here, which they closed without my permission and without even notifying me it was closed. So I went in to deposit a check and they tell me the account is closed, and the lady that was telling me this was incredibly rude to me, and asking personal questions such as why didn't I deposit this check before the account was closed. Any time I need to deposit cash, the drive up atm is NEVER working. Unreliable bank.
This is the first bank that I have loved, easy access to ATMS, when I found to have fraud on my account, this bank took it seriously m, they immediately shut down my card. I haven't received my new on yet. But should be any day know. But I walked in yesterday and the bank wad clean, very busy and that's understandable being one of the better banks to have an account with. I'm excited to be banking with Mand t bank.
Good luck having anyone answer the phone there. You can never get ahold of anyone, staff is clueless and they are always short staffed. Bank elsewhere
I am very pleased with this branch. Everyone has been friendly and helpful. Has ATM in lobby and around back of building. Conveniently located also.
