Extremely slow
This bank needs work. A lot of work. The manager needs to do her job instead of walking around laughing with her co-workers when the bank line is 10 people long, the drive through 8 cars long and there are 2 tellers available. One being a commercial lane and the other open teller was addressing issues with a customer who had paperwork all over they place. Would give zero stars if I could. They wouldn't even answer the phone for me to complain to the manager on duty about the discrimination I received at this location. So that obviously means they have zero interest in fixing their problems if they won't even answer the phone.
Watching 5 tellers all are here but only one working drive thru and counter. To cash a simple check takes 15 minutes
