I arrived at this branch yesterday at 4:00pm and got in line. No one acknowledged me and there was a teller already working with a customer ahead of me. There were a total of 7 employees behind the counter. I was waited patiently as employees continued to walk past me behind the counter. I’m a disabled senior and I was inside today to get my monthly amount. I stood there like a fool for over ten minutes at the head of the line waiting for one of the two cashiers to call me over. Both were too busy talking to a man and having fooling around. The one teller got up and took care of two customers in the drive-thru while I stood there. I’ve been going to this particular branch for almost 3 years bc it’s down the street from me. If you don’t care about being able to use the drive-thru ATM with consistency the bank is fine. 50% of the time the drive-thru ATM either says it isn’t working, doesn’t recognize a check to deposit, or won’t take it bc it says it’s inserted wrong regardless of how it’s inserted.
