Lots of ignorance and unhelpfullness from the staff. But Halley was very helpful. I came in about a big issue. Both the banker and the manager threw their arms up saying they couldn't do anything to begin to help. I sat back down and was seen by another banker. They immediately were able to help me. The manager insisted it was impossible, yet it took her other employee all of 20 seconds to solve my issue. Felt very lost and they didn't seem much worried about looking for solutions. I arrived at this branch yesterday at 4:00pm and got in line. No one acknowledged me and there was a teller already working with a customer ahead of me. There were a total of 7 employees behind the counter. I was waited patiently as employees continued to walk past me behind the counter. It became apparent that out of the 7 employees, only one was working as teller. Ten minutes went by and still no one acknowledged me. At the 15 minute mark, I walked out. I’m a disabled senior and I was inside today to get my monthly amount. I stood there like a fool for over ten minutes at the head of the line waiting for one of the two cashiers to call me over. Both were too busy talking to a man and having fooling around. The one teller got up and took care of two customers in the drive-thru while I stood there.
