Whatever you do, do not go to the lady advisor, Lucy. She was legit on whatsapp on her work computer and didnt want to do her job. I have never seen anyone this disengaged, while i am sitting there, she is scrolling on her whatsapp messgaes on her monitor and then when i saw that she said i am still waiting for your email to come through? what!!! also she opened my account and didnt tell me anything, didnt help me set up my online banking and now i have to go to the branch again to do it, given my SSN number is yet to arrive... read more
