The tellers are horrible. The man with the YT man with the black shirt. Today I went to draw funds from my son’s account. On 10/15 I went get funds from the SAME account. The manger took my debit card on 10/15. Today 11/1 refused to release funds with out ID. I went home got my passport and return to bank. I walked to the to a PR. Lady with my passport. 2008: Very helpful, never had a problem in the 8 years of banking with them. Update 10/4/22: still no problems
M & T Call Center is awful. Every time you call you call you have to listen to this long message before you can even get to the area where you put your account number in to get your balance. Their is this long message talking about your stimulus check. REALLY M&T. WHY? Your stimulus check is not the banks responsibility. DOES anyone else feel this way? Also, it does not matter what day of the week or what time you call at you have to wait 20 to 40 minutes to get a person to talk to. I bet if i pressed the number to open up a... read more
