Always someone willing to help you if you have an issue
I requested a new card 3 weeks ago and am still waiting on it being sent. The phone overseas customer service is unhelpful. M&t has a Buffalo base so theoretically I should be able to speak with someone in the area and not have to wait WEEKS for a replacement card. If hindsight were 20/20, I would have chosen a different bank
Daemon gattuso is the best personal banker you can get. He is very friendly and social and provides the best real customer service during these hard times. Come here and don't waste time.
