Great branch with a very personal touch to customer service. Carlos O. Has been great and is very knowledgeable on the financial products they offer and has great attention to detail. If you are shopping around for a new bank and would like a more personal experience, I recommend.
Understaffed, I was hung up on once when I called to ask a question, this guard has literally been sitting here in his phone like he's on vacation, like unless you just need to deposit a check or do something with a teller I wont try this bank.
Ever since the branch at Hertel and Parkside closed, this branch has been swamped with customers. There is frequently a long line to wait for a teller because there are still the same number of tellers as there were before the branch merger. The staff of this bank is excellent, so I want to make clear that this review is not a reflection on them. However, M&T needs to balance branch closures with additional hires if they're going to corral all of their customers into one consolidated location.
