Kind staff, always in-and-out when dealing with tellers, and a convenient location.
Very slow service to cash a check!! sat at drive through for 15 min and not friendly at all!!
Customer Service, specifically Mary Lou is rude and enjoys raising her voice to customers. I was looking for a local bank for my $ but it certainly will not be with M&T. I’ll keep my $ in a coffee can under my bed first!
