Great place to bank! People are always nice and polite.
MUY EFICIENTE
They charge $20 to cash check drawn off their accounts. If I write a check to someone I expect them to give that person my money and not charge them $20. I moved my account to another back.
Horrible experience bankers are ignorant. Why do you need to know the reason behind me taking a large amount of money from my account? What does it matter as long as the money is cleared and verified?!
Came in to make a deposit, and the teller I interacted with was extremely rude and impatient. She didn't seem to want to answer any of my questions, and when she did, it was with an attitude and in a condescending tone, as if she thought I was stupid for even asking, which made me feel very uncomfortable. I usually bank at the Delaware branch in Kenmore (they are wonderful) and only came here because they are open until noon on Saturdays. NEVER AGAIN.
