These poor tellers are overworked!!! Managers just sit in their offices while the few tellers that they have need to get huge lines down! Managers don't do shit besides watch. Does they get a kick back for having less tellers?

Bank is not managed well.. Short staffed with tellers which leads to long wait times... They have around 80 managers there.. but none will run a teller line.. I don't know if manager of this bank is trying to get away with less tellers so they can get a higher bonus from the higher ups.. it seems that way.. Runs the short staffed tellers to the ground..
i believe Pira is the name of the kind woman who took care of me and she was very helpful! we walked in without an appt and waited about 15 minutes before seeing someone about an account change which was fine, and everything i was concerned about she knew exactly how to help! wonderful customer service
