My husband and I had an extremely disappointing experience at the NORTH BRUNSWICK bank location! The previous reviews are not wrong at all. They are extremely racist! From the moment we entered, we were treated with unnecessary suspicion. A Simple request was met with a dismissive attitude. I’m very disappointed with the level of customer service at this bank. After taking the time to travel 20 minutes to get here, I arrived to find only one teller available. I was told to "have a seat and wait" while she finished a lengthy transaction, with no clear indication of how long that would take. Until I asked and she then answers it will be a while. Branch staff is helpful and skillful.
I am very happy with M&T Bank North Brunswick. Recently I needed a report which usually takes around 5 days or more. I needed it urgently. Dimple and Surinderji tried hard and arranged the report to get it in a day. I am very thankful to them.
