I’m very disappointed with the level of customer service at this bank. After taking the time to travel 20 minutes to get here, I arrived to find only one teller available. I was told to "have a seat and wait" while she finished a lengthy transaction, with no clear indication of how long that would take. Until I asked and she then answers it will be a while. Branch staff is helpful and skillful.
I am very happy with M&T Bank North Brunswick. Recently I needed a report which usually takes around 5 days or more. I needed it urgently. Dimple and Surinderji tried hard and arranged the report to get it in a day. I am very thankful to them.
Everyone at the branch has been incredibly helpful and kind. Thank you for the outstanding service!
