I had a previous mortgage that was sold to M&T Bank about a year ago. According to M&T, accounts that are not active are automatically closed, therefore, mine is closed and I cannot access the items and information I need. I never received a 1098 form from M&T for the previous year, so I called in. I waited for most likely over 10 minutes just to hear some pretentious snake of a lady come across the line speaking to me super slow like I am special needs or something. Seriously? The workers are nice and helpful I'm always in and out within 15 to 20 minutes I really appreciate the great work wish they were open on Sundays though
Very corrupt bank with $65 plus Million in mortgage Frauds! Quite a successful conspiracy they have, with Lakeview Loan & Southlaw! They add side charges to your monthly regular payment. When questioned, none can explain what is for. If you do not pay, they hold ALL of your monthly payments in arrears!!! ??? This must be fine, as they get a judge to approve their corruption. Seems impossible.., but Factual. Then, they will suddenly Foreclose !!!
