This bank has the worst customer service, the manager is extremely rude and has no people skills.
Waiting in the drive throw for 20 min to be taken care of the person in front of me was even longer waiting. When I went in and ask if they are taken care of the drive throw they responds was we are busy inside. There was 3 tellers in side and they all where taking the people inside. The gentleman that was in front of me i ask him if he buzz the ring he said yes 3 times, no one come and answered him. Very unprofessional. Will be contacting the corporate team.
This bank has absolutely horrible policies. I would never do business with them
Rude!! I tried to cash a check here. They treated me as if i stole the check. Seemed racist rude and very ignorant!! Don't recommend this location at all! The way i was treated was so unnecessary. Will be taken this complaint further
