Very rude and racially profile me when I came in to get a with draw from my account with my id asking me why I choose to come to this branch because they see this not my normal branch and I told her I didn’t know it was a certain branch you had to go to. Or why do I have to explain why I’m in this area is crazy to me. So I will be following up with the bank manager and thinking about take my business elsewhere.
I went in this week with my Dad to make some revisions to his account. The staff members were outstanding in their personalized care and attention to detail. Lola was impressive as she greeted everyone and successfully supported simultaneous actions. Gillian handled my Dad's request and addressed his request as efficiently as possible. It went very well. I appreciate the 'small town feel' and personal touch at this branch.
Went in yesterday with my daughter for an withdrawal and was greeted by the lovely staff. The teller was more than accommodating and friendly , my daughter got a lollipop and stickers from the staff. Made her day. Great customer service .
Terrible the lady refused my medical ID card with my picture and my change of address to cash my check I’ve also had overdraft protection before on an old account and somehow it got over drafted instead of declining the charge . Always spelled my name wrong on every piece of mail I got from them as well.
