I went in this week with my Dad to make some revisions to his account. The staff members were outstanding in their personalized care and attention to detail. Lola was impressive as she greeted everyone and successfully supported simultaneous actions. Gillian handled my Dad's request and addressed his request as efficiently as possible. It went very well. I appreciate the 'small town feel' and personal touch at this branch.
Went in yesterday with my daughter for an withdrawal and was greeted by the lovely staff. The teller was more than accommodating and friendly , my daughter got a lollipop and stickers from the staff. Made her day. Great customer service .
Terrible the lady refused my medical ID card with my picture and my change of address to cash my check I’ve also had overdraft protection before on an old account and somehow it got over drafted instead of declining the charge . Always spelled my name wrong on every piece of mail I got from them as well.
I have never had such horrible service at a bank in my life. I highly recommend finding a different bank as I will be. I have banked with this M & T for 15 years. They used to have three very competent employees who were awesome. Now they have hired new employees. I waited for 10 minutes while two women sat at a desk and would not help me. They greeted me when I came in and I told them I just needed to do a few quick things at the desk with someone.
