I always receive good customer service at this branch.
This branch is incompetent. The so-called branch manager is never helpful. The staff is rude. The drive thru isn't open ever. The staff will tell you that they are closed without giving a reason or suggesting any other time or location to do business with. This branch doesn't seem to understand the concept of customer/ client relationship, especially being that it is in an upper middle class area. Avoid this upper marlboro main Street branch if you can.
Not a good bank at this location to deal with.They find wrong information in there system and say this what you owe.
As of August 2023 M&T Bank & its employees seem to be continuing to support the predatory towing practices of Duff’s Towing. My business and I will no longer support M&T bank and the other local business that share that lot.
