I had the most horrible experience at this M&T bank location today. I came into the branch responding to a promotional mailer that was sent to my home address for opening an account. I waited patiently to speak with a bank rep for approximately 10-15 minutes while they assisted other customers that arrived after I did. I always receive good customer service at this branch.
This branch is incompetent. The so-called branch manager is never helpful. The staff is rude. The drive thru isn't open ever. The staff will tell you that they are closed without giving a reason or suggesting any other time or location to do business with. This branch doesn't seem to understand the concept of customer/ client relationship, especially being that it is in an upper middle class area. Avoid this upper marlboro main Street branch if you can.
