I worked with Darlene Hopkins at M&T Bank today, and I need to be honest. For years, I didn’t care for her and thought she was mean. But today changed everything. We actually connected, and I realized she’s just a straight‑forward, no‑nonsense woman, and I appreciated that. Please be careful when visiting this branch. Rude customer service from Mr. Santiago Amaya. Also, the bank parking spaces are adjacent to the CVS parking lot where homeless people sleep in their cars. I will be visiting the Bowie branch.

This branch in Largo is the absolute worst bank I have utilized in my entire life. I will NEVER step foot in there again. I will keep this review brief. My and my wife were not allowed to deposit a check into my account. I visited another branch and completed the transaction seamlessly. Stay away from the Largo branch!!!!!!
