This branch in Largo is the absolute worst bank I have utilized in my entire life. I will NEVER step foot in there again. I will keep this review brief. My and my wife were not allowed to deposit a check into my account. I visited another branch and completed the transaction seamlessly. Stay away from the Largo branch!!!!!!

The bank brand itself is horrible. Gave my personal information to a relative not listed on my account without my knowledge. Received the Stranges call from headquarters asking me to meet a representative at the bank for an apology letter. This occurred at the cap center before it was turned into a chick-fila. The staff at this location Customer service is non existent. They work as a sneaky team to ruin your banking experience. Darlene needs to be reprimanded and let go for her constant unprofessionalism and defaming antics... read more
