I had a very disappointing experience at this M&T branch. I arrived around 11:30 AM to open an estate account, which is typically a straightforward process. I was assisted by a relationship banker, Ms. Selina Kimble, who informed me that she would not be able to see me and asked that I return on Monday and call ahead. I came to the M&T bank in Bowie and Selena made me wait 20 minutes because she was on the phone there was no one in line and when I finally was attended she was very rude towards me.
Close early 3:45 already-close. ??

Daniel and Patricia has the best service every time I come in no matter drive thru or walk up they always have a smile on there face and handles my business with no issues. Great customer service!!!
