Stopped in at opening at 9AM for a notary. Not one customer in there, 3 people working. I asked if I could get something notarized, the teller tells me to take a seat and she’ll notify me when the notary will see me. Meanwhile , I can see the notary in her cubicle just playing on her phone. The moment I sit down the teller comes back over to me to tell me she’s too busy right now and to make an appointment. The staff here is wonderful and very helpful! My only issue the ATM has been down the last 3 times I went here, it's a good bank, but you take a gamble everytime you have to use the atm.
I am so regretting opening an account with M and T bank. Just one problem after another. If you are looking for a bank do not choose M and T!
