Plenty of tellers for Day to day banking but always a wait for anything else Bank related
The assistant manager grilled me for 15 minutes over a $1,200 transaction. Thats not even much cash. What a waste of my time.

Have been banking here for over 10 years and was disappointed with my visit.
"can you please cash this check and deposit the cash into my account?" is apparently not a clear enough request for these bank tellers. even said i'm doing it this way because i don't want to wait for my payroll check to clear. yet my account had a pending balance when i left. went right back in and she apparently "didn't understand". please m&t, what is a clearer way for me to ask for this? she didn't listen and thought i wouldn't immediately check my account. i have bills to pay, i can't wait the absurd amount of time it t... read more
