Worst bank ever, I keep my own money in my savings account, and they said I can't get cash for my own money, worst experience ever I had. That doesn't make any sense. It's my money and I don't have right to get those money when I wan in need. Such a bullshit.
I just left the branch after waiting 30 minutes for a customer service agent. The branch was not busy and I know that there were 1 - 2 workers that were not with customers. My takeaway is that this is not branch to go to if you are walking in for service.
I had an identity theft incident happened with my account and I went in to this location and I met Ellie Franceschi who was a representative and man she was an awesome person she jumped into my account details and made few phone calls and solve all my problems and even gave me some great advice on how to keep my account safe and well balance my money.
