Have been banking here for over 10 years and was disappointed with my visit.
"can you please cash this check and deposit the cash into my account?" is apparently not a clear enough request for these bank tellers. even said i'm doing it this way because i don't want to wait for my payroll check to clear. yet my account had a pending balance when i left. went right back in and she apparently "didn't understand". please m&t, what is a clearer way for me to ask for this? she didn't listen and thought i wouldn't immediately check my account. i have bills to pay, i can't wait the absurd amount of time it t... read more
Good Service in this Branch, BUT I was Extremely upset by the actions of another very inconsiderate customer who decided to bring a dog with a "service dog" leash on it into the bank. Unfortunately the lady was talking about her nice little doggie with another customer in line and said the dog is actually her daughters, 'umm" service dog which told me that its a FAKE service animal .. ANYONE can buy a red "service dog" leash or vest online from dozens of websites and decide to be a jerk and use the vest or leash as an excuse... read more
