Horrible! No customer service, rude. Not helpful at all. I wouldn't trust them with my money

shout out to Dora! I have been banking with MT bank for 20 yrs ( way back when they were in weis grocery store) for my personal and buisness accounts . Dora has always been the face of this branch. she always greets you with a smile and whenever i had an issue she is always there to help resolve it . You do not see customer service like this anymore . All the tellers ( Maria , Joyce ) are also great!
Won't ever deal with this bank again. Teller was rude and had a chip on her shoulder....stood in line 2 tellers working the one lady said she had to do other work. 15 min later. I was able to finish my banking.
