Pathetic bank. Zack is the worst . Doesn't follow up or anything and their moving this guy up the ranks. This bank is the absolute worst. Go to TD or Lighthouse. I hope they close this company down soon.

I go to this bank on a regular basis. The employees and management are always friendly and helpful. I refer all my friends and co-workers to this bank, especially this branch on State St. I'm even thinking about getting a deposit box here.
