I had a great experience at this branch thanks to Aliza. She was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Excellent customer service!
The black bank teller try's to attempt to steal money. I'll drop a huge amount. Counted under my camera glasses. Triple counted my money before I went in. The machine counter supposedly messes up every time she puts large amounts of money in the machine to count. She grabs all the money then counts it up a hand says this is your amount. Your short. A payment scheduled for a digital transfer to go out on April 9, 2025 and to be received for the bill on April 9 never was received until April 12, 2025. I was then charged a late fee, and a negative report to my credit!! I have had nothing but problems with this bank for the past year. So much so I am closing ALL of my accounts asap and headed to Chase. And very seldom have I gotten to speak to anyone whose accent I can understand!!!
After explicitly explaining im a type 1 diabetic and that I cannot wait for a check deposit to clear and needed to cash the check The banker told me to cash it and I now have no way to feed myself
