They need more people
I've never had so many issues with a bank before. Everything gets frozen or flagged. Employees are nasty when they call or when you need help. Insisted that I needed a DBA for a business account when any other bank does not require that. Every website can tell you that you do not need one in order to open a business account. Will be closing my account
