I have had no troubles! They are great! Always shipped on time!
The last several times I have ordered from MBV have been a disappointment to say the least. When I first started ordering, it seem I was getting fresh juice. The past 1.5 years the juice that has been shipped out to me is “super dark”! I am now sitting on 9 bottles of 30ml juice I can vape because it looks like mud in a bottle.. what a waist of my money!
They provided a coupon code stating 10% off “every item you purchase”. That is a scam and lie, confirmed by Daniel who I spoke with via chat service. I will not continue my business with them, not because of the 4ish dollars, but because I refuse to support a business that hopes people don’t notice their lies. Shame on you.
Horrible company to work for. Upper Management is a joke and power hungry. I was asked on numerous occasions to pass juice that was not up to standards because the company really does not care about the customers. Upper management loves to take 3 hour lunches and come back drunk. There is also a ton of behind the scenes sexual harassment and people dont say anything because they are afraid to lose their jobs. I PLACED AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY ON Friday AUGUST 5TH, 2016 AT 8:17AM. THE MONEY WAS WITHDRAWN FROM MY ACCOUNT THAT SAME DAY. HOWEVER, IT IS NOW AUGUST 11TH, 2016 AND MY ORDER STILL HAS NOT SHIPPED. THEY HAVE TOLD ME THAT "THEY DO NOT KNOW" WHEN MY ORDER WILL SHIP AND THAT IF I WANT A REFUND IT WILL TAKE 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS.
