These people kept me from attending the memorial service of my mother who I cared for at their substandard facility for five years.lied about me 'having an altercation' with their supposed general manager who would not get off her phone or her chair to assist me with my mother in 95 degree heat as we returned from the emergency room!She did not even know my name although I had been out there each and every day for the two years she had been working there! Half of the people that work at the front desk are so rude and cannot be bothered for a second, even to say hello and its the same few people every time. I visit a family member here and this is what I see often. Would it kill your staff to to be sweet to customers and their families who pay thousands of dollars a month to live here?
