Half of the people that work at the front desk are so rude and cannot be bothered for a second, its the same few people every time. I visit a family member here often and this is what I see. Would it kill you to to be sweet to someone who's grandparent pays thousands of dollars a month to live here?
The culture of the residents and staff is warm and welcoming. They truly look out for ever resident's interest and help them thrive.
These people kept me from attending theemorial service of my mother whom I cared for at their substandard facility for five years,lied about me 'having an altercation' with their supposed general manager who would not get off her phone or her chair to assist me with my mother in 95 degree heat as we returned from the emergency room. What a wonderful retirement community for my mom. Megan was wonderful to work with and the entire staff have been very helpful and kind to us all. Thanks for such a great place to live.
Helpful, friendly staff. The Towers has been a wonderful home for our parents. They enjoy the activities and have made good friends.
