I am not sure why there are so many poor reviews. I have banked here for the past 3 years. They are always friendly, helpful and take care of whatever services I am in need of in a very efficient way. So, you do have to sign in on a tablet. Strange at first but then it is absolutely no big deal. I love the place and have never had any negative issues for anything I have chosen to do with them.
Attempted to open an account online, and got stuck in the process. Online help and customer support couldn’t help me, but walking into this branch was a breath of fresh air and they helped me very easily! Glad to have an account with MSUFCU, and this branch is extremely friendly and personable!

Absolutely hate signing in with categories and sub categories with your name broadcasted on the display board just for something insignificant. Where are the tellers you can walk up to like other banks?
