MSUFCU is an absolute joke! They removed money from my account and when I tried to get an explanation and get my funds I was given attitude and told they could not do anything about it. I am definitely switching banks as soon as possible.
This place is a joke. They will lie and steal your money! The Assistant manager for this branch kept lieing to me and giving false info. Do not use the coin machine here it dose not work properly and "they cant do anything because it go's to a different company" pshhh
Just park on the 3rd floor and go in the Sparrow building. It is located right next to the gift shop. Everyone is really nice. Free parking too.
