I've been a member of MSUFCU for more than thirty years, since I was a small child. Don't let their "small-town" branding fool you. This is just another soulless corporation out to rip you off. A while back, they transitioned to a new internal system which misrouted payments. This was an identified problem that they eventually fixed. But they didn't make it right. that lady Bella was no damn help , she was sound like she didn’t want to help me for real, dragging out her words and whatnot. she was annoying to talk to
The downtown branch is fast and friendly.
Visit the branch to open a personal account, they checked my documents including my passport and visa. said bring address proofs so that we can open a account, after an hour I went with address profs documents, they said we can not open an account for your visa category.
I’ve banked with them now for years I really like them their staff is always helpful
