I attempted to close a single personal account, and ultimately the customer service agent misunderstood my request and closed my personal account and a second account that a family member had me tied to (unknown to me). I've been a member of MSUFCU for more than thirty years, since I was a small child. Don't let their "small-town" branding fool you. This is just another soulless corporation out to rip you off. A while back, they transitioned to a new internal system which misrouted payments. This was an identified problem that they eventually fixed. But they didn't make it right.
