If I could give a zero star I would, go bank anywhere else.
The values of this credit union have gone down hill. For 30 years I have been a proud member but recently I was stunned by the lack of concern for members. Recent interactions have changed my perspective and I would not recommend them if you value honest, upfront policies and fair practices. Don't get a loan and checking account with them at the same time unless you are comfortable with people taking away your control of your money without warning.
If there was ever an institution that deserves the 3.7 rating it is this Bank that's about exactly what it actually deserves I gave it a one because recently dealing with them has been absolutely the worst experience I could ever imagine but sometimes you get a good person but I would say a majority of people working for this company are terrible at what they do and Rude Beyond belief
Direct deposit system crashes way too much, they don’t take accountability when it happens. “I’m sorry, I don’t have a time” As a member 1 time was acceptable but it has happened over 7 times… MSUFCU went down hill as they grew bigger.
