They’ve ruined this credit union. Can’t go in a branch and get out in a reasonable amount of time anymore. Waiting an hour to make a simple withdrawal is unacceptable.
I will update that an attempt was made to make things better with my experience. I do appreciate that. I'm still not sure how I feel about the new membership experience. Things change electronically, processes change, but the interpersonal experience should not have changed. It would still be nice to have that "member feeling" and not "you are just a number" feeling; especially when you have invested many years of loyalty to the same place. It used to be one of the best.
