I had opted for their services for tax returns and it was wonderful experience. Return was lodged on time
Bad accountant, would have lost me $7,000 in GST if my book keeper didn't insist on telling him that he's wrong. Also ghosted me in the end leaving a mess for me to fix up.
I have used about 10 different accounting firms over my processional career spanning small, medium and large sized firms and MSR rates as by far the worst. Sweekar demonstrates a complete lack of attention to detail where I would have to send him the same email 3 times chasing up the same issue, I would have to double check and bring to his attention pretty fundamental mistakes and omissions.
