By far the worst advertising company I’ve ever used. I had mailers go out to routes that I didn’t approve of, I got charged for art fees when they used the art that I created and sent to them because the proof of what their ‘designers’ sent looked like a 3rd grader did it. I was verbally assaulted by their sales rep Marcie Gladwell, who as I understand it still works for this company. I have been trying to get removed from the mailing list forever. This time the link took me to a page that said it was down. I have made the request once per month for about five months. I was told it would be stopped. I was then told to contact USPS. I have contacted USPS, and they told me they are unable to do anything and that the sender would have to.
