I texted with a young lady today March 23rd Ms. Anna H. about my updated insurance for a bill. I had my Humana card out but, of course none of others I needed, Ms. Anna was so patient with me and helped 100 percent I was so pleased as I have had bad experiences with being booted of for not being quick enough looking for something or it’s robo texting you and they only know 5 answers ( so frustrating) but, this was a wonderful, patient, honest to God human. I received excellent service from Anna H when I call to pay my bill. She was very knowledgeable, patient & listen to me. Helped me set up 6 month payment plan which I greatly appreciated since I’m a senior citizen on a budget. She likes her job.
Sent to collections for a bill both I and my insurance company promptly paid upon receiving the first bill over a year ago. Both my and my insurance company's payments have cleared our respective banks. Getting through to anyone on the phone is extremely difficult; holds are long and disconnections abound. I work in Accounting and can't believe the atrocious bookkeeping practices causing undue stress to innocent folks who pay their bills. Not a fan. They outsource all their calls overseas, and the people have no idea what is going on.
I contacted the billing office after receiving a statement. Was pleasantly greeted by Anna "H." She helped me identify that my insurance had never been billed because current policy information was not on file. She was exuberant throughout our conversation, updated my records and put a "hold" on further notices to me, pending receipt of payment from my insurance company.
