Sent to collections for a bill both I and my insurance company promptly paid upon receiving the first bill over a year ago. Both my and my insurance company's payments have cleared our respective banks. Getting through to anyone on the phone is extremely difficult; holds are long and disconnections abound. I work in Accounting and can't believe the atrocious bookkeeping practices causing undue stress to innocent folks who pay their bills. Avoid any provider that works with this company. The 1 star reviews on here are consistent, and portray a theme of abject incompetence. The only thing MSN HealthCare Solutions does is ask you for money, take your money, and talk about taking your money. They do not update you on your account, they don't even bother to send you statements. Their portal shows nothing about your account except a prompt to "pay your bill". They don't know anything, and they can't tell you anything, so don't bother asking them why your account is... read more

I contacted the billing office after receiving a statement. Was pleasantly greeted by Anna "H." She helped me identify that my insurance had never been billed because current policy information was not on file. She was exuberant throughout our conversation, updated my records and put a "hold" on further notices to me, pending receipt of payment from my insurance company. I am extremely dissatisfied with MSN Healthcare Solutions. In less than 60 days from the date my bill was issued, they had already sent my account to collections even though I had already made my first payments. When I received the bill, I called to review the terms because the bill did not mention a due date. I was told that there was no due date and no minimum payment required.
