All I want is my overpayment. Shouldn’t be this difficult.
Update: they say my refund has been escalated for processing. Apparently that doesn’t actually mean anything because it been several weeks since my insurance company stepped in with a recorded phone call and this company said they were issuing a refund but I still haven’t received one. They just wanted to publicly make it look like they weren’t keeping it but again I don’t have it. How long exactly does it take you to mail a check? Keeps insurance overpayments. Terrible billing company. Called them when they tried billing me for something that was denied by my insurance. Explained to them how to read their 835 remittance advice, but they still insisted that I owed them money. Had to get the owner of the practice involved for it to be fixed. Word to the wise - don’t pay them a cent until you review your insurance EOB and make sure they’re not charging you for things they’re not allowed to.
Keeps insurance overpayments. Claims they sent it back to my Aetna account. What even is an Aetna “account”? It’s $176 dollars so a decent amount. This place is a joke. Aetna doesn’t have my money and doesn’t lie to me like this place does. I’m filing a complaint with the state and will file a lawsuit if it comes to that. I’m not letting this go. I’m sure you’ll say you need to look into it but I’ve already called and had the conversations and you just keep giving me everything but my money back.
These people are horrible. The medical imaging office I received services from has had nothing but problems with these people. I still have not received a statement from service on 10/21/2024. They say they mailed it 10 days ago. Still no statement and say I have to pay within a week. These people are the worst......continued. no one has contacted me as they stated in response to my review.
