I contacted the billing office after receiving a statement. Was pleasantly greeted by Anna "H." She helped me identify that my insurance had never been billed because current policy information was not on file. She was exuberant throughout our conversation, updated my records and put a "hold" on further notices to me, pending receipt of payment from my insurance company. I am extremely dissatisfied with MSN Healthcare Solutions. In less than 60 days from the date my bill was issued, they had already sent my account to collections even though I had already made my first payments. When I received the bill, I called to review the terms because the bill did not mention a due date. I was told that there was no due date and no minimum payment required. Update: they say my refund has been escalated for processing. Apparently that doesn’t actually mean anything because it been several weeks since my insurance company stepped in with a recorded phone call and this company said they were issuing a refund but I still haven’t received one. They just wanted to publicly make it look like they weren’t keeping it but again I don’t have it. How long exactly does it take you to mail a check? Keeps insurance overpayments. Claims they sent it back to my Aetna account. What even is an Ae... read more
