I am extremely dissatisfied with MSN Healthcare Solutions. In less than 60 days from the date my bill was issued, they had already sent my account to collections even though I had already made my first payments. Update: they say my refund has been escalated for processing. Apparently that doesn’t actually mean anything because it been several weeks since my insurance company stepped in with a recorded phone call and this company said they were issuing a refund but I still haven’t received one. They just wanted to publicly make it look like they weren’t keeping it but again I don’t have it. How long exactly does it take you to mail a check? Keeps insurance overpayments. Terrible billing company. Called them when they tried billing me for something that was denied by my insurance. Explained to them how to read their 835 remittance advice, but they still insisted that I owed them money. Had to get the owner of the practice involved for it to be fixed. Word to the wise - don’t pay them a cent until you review your insurance EOB and make sure they’re not charging you for things they’re not allowed to.
