Oh my goodness, MSK Attorneys was literally the best for my immigration case. I had no idea what I was doing or what to expect and they were so detailed and helpful every step of the way. This is an extremely overwhelming process but working with Brian and Olivia made everything 100x times better. My husband received his work permit within a month and his green card within three, which is usually unheard of. Thank you for making this process as easy and bearable as possible. Highly recommend!

When my lawyer became unable to continue on my case because of his health problems, they left me for limbo in months, not answering my emails or phone calls, only to eventually tell me they were dropping the case. They might have been good for immigration once, but unfortunately they cannot help you with immigration issues currently. Seek help elsewhere.

Speaking on the phone was professional but, when I went through the retainer they sent me it was nuts. It’s a one sided retainer which puts your money in a escrow account which they won’t draw from, problem is, they also have a clause that gives the firm a raise if they choose, in pay and if you disagree they can take the retainer and there released for what you hired them for in the first place.
