I had a sports massage with Mat to help with some long-standing issues in my back, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly knew how to target the areas that needed attention. I am so pleased with services from both Matt and Niki. I have ongoing tightness in back neck and shoulders with posture issues/fybromyalgia. My muscles so tight chiropractor unable to help. Matt worked wonders on my neck and shoulders. Then Niki took back massage to the next level using fire cup therapy treatment. I can now actually move my back and start the remedial stretches and excercise to regain mobility. I would highly recommend this therapy practice.

This was my first visit and I was not disappointed. Mat was very welcoming, polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed my shoulder and hip issues and , by the end of my appointment I already felt like I was on a road to recovery. Before seeing Mat, I had pains in my right hip and left shoulder. I have had a few sessions so far and the pain has virtually gone. I will continue having massages with Mat. He is very knowledgeable and his treatment is effective
