Great experience purchasing furniture. The quality was exactly as described and very good for the price. Delivery to Parramatta was smooth and well organised, the items arrived on time and in perfect condition. The whole process from ordering to delivery was easy and hassle free. Very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend.
Such a bang for your buck! We recently purchased all our flat pack wardrobes and pantry cabinets from here. I was surprised on the amazing quality and prices. Quick to take your money. Item never arrived on time. No communication from MS Direct. Hung up on all my calls and didn’t respond to my emails. Now online status telling me item is out of stock. Now fighting through credit card company to get a refund. Avoid this cowboy company. I previously ordered a double pantry cupboard and this time I ordered a single one. The cupboards are of fantastic quality and a really great price too. Delivery for these was free and only took a couple of days. I am really pleased with my experience and highly recommend.
