I’ve tried to cancel my service for two months! Can’t get thru to them on the phone nor the website!
The staff is so nice and they respond to emergency calls in well under an hour. City storm water work took out my sewer line and the MSD team was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and prompt. They made a terrible situation bearable. Thank you so much.
