When MSD (Mike) arrived at my house for service was around 10:30 p.m. after going through his processes I still had an issue of backup in my line that emptied into my basement. He stuck with me after having to go back to the shop several times unknowing to me at the time his shift ended at 11:00. Finally he got me taken care of around 1:00 or 1:30. I’ve tried to cancel my service for two months! Can’t get thru to them on the phone nor the website!
The staff is so nice and they respond to emergency calls in well under an hour. City storm water work took out my sewer line and the MSD team was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and prompt. They made a terrible situation bearable. Thank you so much.
