Having had back pain in my mid 20’s I was referred by a friend to Phoebe. From the first session it was evident I had poor mobility as I struggled to bend over without stiffness. From the first session phoebe was able to identify the problems and use her expertise to develop an action plan…which is something I doubt I could have ever solved myself.
