AVOID! There are better options! I would give it zero if I could. Provided minimal assistance in understanding documents and even requesting same document multiple times. This firm is definitely behind in technology and innovation, making settlement complicated, adding their poor service who will not look for ways to help. I would look to use other competitors until they can change their rude service and provide some more assistance to customers who are just trying to navigate the process.
