MSA Team, I have given the above rating due to the exceptional, and very pleasing service provided by MSA for our recent Settlement of a Reverse Mortgage from Brighten Financial. The rating above was due to MSA ( predominately by Aartee Acharya) and the following are the reasons why I have given this rating, 1. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Avoid this service at all costs. The level of incompetence is unbelievable. They repeatedly made mistakes on loan documents and outstanding items, causing unnecessary delays and frustration. It's hard to understand what level of training or competence is required to work here because the quality of work falls well below any reasonable professional standard.
