MSA National is an absolute disaster, they act on behalf of Macquarie and only looked at our paperwork on the day of settlement (3 weeks after the loan was approved) We were 2 days away from losing our deposit and the house contract because they couldn't settle and are as efficient as a government office in a third world country.
Just an admin arm for Macquarie Bank. The loan process with Macquarie is amazing, 12hr approvals and digital docs. Then MSA take over get you to fill in more paperwork then always (twice and two loans) screw it up on settlement day.
Staff are super helpful and knowledgeable. Had seamless settlement for sale and refinance.
