Quoted me $480, asked for cash upfront, said it would take 1 to 2 days, then kept my phone for about 5 days and still did not fix it. After that, they tried to raise the price because of another issue. I declined and they refunded $400, keeping $80. When I brought the phone to another repair shop, I was told the Face ID component was missing. So I paid $80, got no repair, and my phone came back missing a part. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place.
Took iPad in as it would not charge. 2 hrs later it was fixed. Their charges are very reasonable, and service is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend MSWireless for phone and computer repairs and advice. Thank you!

My android phone got smashed and some of my data wasn't backed up. I dealt with Gurleen Singh. He was very helpful and explained everything to me clearly including cost. The next day he called to tell me he had recovered the data. He loaded everything on my new phone and confirmed with me that I had everything I needed. The cost was reasonable. While there, he helped my friend sort out an issue with her phone and didn't charge her. She was thrilled. Great service
