Small car park but free. A reasonable size food hall and a small cafe. Staff are friendly in the cafe and cakes are good. The toilet (1 of) was a bit disappointing for M&S, not clean and tired looking. Hand stop though off the M62 better than service station

I'm a big fan of M&S. We stopped here to grab a few things on our way home. This branch was well laid out and spacious. It has lost a star because of the ridiculous car park. I wouldn't be surprised if there was an accident there every day.
Very nice clean store with lovely staff. I love that Prestwhich has an M&S with such a huge variety of options. The Bakery is lovely with a great selection and it's great they have a cafe! However, I do feel the cafe could be revamped into the modern age it's out of date, but the menu is always changing with delicious options!
