Prices way higher than in regular M&S stores. Rip off.
Small range of food and drink. Found it quite cluttered but it's good to find this in a hospital (decent, healthy food). Disappointed with the shelf life on a few items which is longer in other M&S stores.
M&S Simply Food. NOT SIMPLE. Queue “system” is impossible to navigate, poor girl trying to direct the customers has my sympathy. Meal deal is not clearly marked and confusing. If you want a snack bring your own !
