Absolutely the most unprofessional and rude “business” I’ve ever had to deal with in my life. Paula Woods brought up personal details about my life that is none of their business to try and get me to pay off the amount in full. Some people are not in a sound enough financial situation to pay off the amount in full. Anytime I would try to set up a payment plan they would verbal decline anything and say I would need to pay the amount off in full. This company is incredibly unprofessional! Attempted to call to set up a payment plan and was told I “ can get my check book and make the payment in full”. Goood thing my actual debt owed is being paid with the company now.
This company is horrible. I spoke to two separate managers that were so unprofessional and not even willing to help me understand or problem solve. Not to mention when disputing this information they then sent me someone’s medical private information that wasn’t even mine. The advice they gave was “well just shred it, as if you didn’t receive it”! That is violating HIPPA laws. This establishment needs sued and shut down. I spoke with “JD Silver” I believe and he is the rudest person I have ever spoke with! Tries to create a sense of fear within the person he’s speaking to instead of trying to resolve the issue.
After Paula's incompetence in running my card information she calls to threaten me. She stated I "can voluntarily pay my debt in full now or she will force me to pay it". Um, excuse me!? Incredibly unprofessional at every call when I'd like nothing but to handle this like a normal professional bill situation. Every call she has no idea how to run a card, or takes my banking info amd then says she can't work with that bank. So now I have a hothead, unprofessional woman who has my financial info.
