Paid off my debt in full. Still garnished my check. Waiting for the refund.been waiting since 9/9/25. Once they got my check I had my bank send them They waited almost a full week to release the garnishment on me. I've had my bank call and deal with them since they are absolutely rude and unprofessional. Should be investigated for sure. At this point it is theft since my debt was pain in full.
Tiffany is AWFUL! what a rude and disrespectful horrible person. I have asked this company and the previous bank for four years now to send me and email documents supporting this claim to sue me for a car my ex ran off with. She literally told me it’s my problem and to pay up. The harassment has been outrageous and the lack of communication and demanding is concerning.
The most unprofessional and rudest debt collection agency I have ever dealt with. Wouldn’t even let me get a word in edgewise and constantly wanted to talk over the top of me. All she wanted to do is argue with me and last I checked that isn’t the approach to try to get money out of someone.
Absolutely the rudest most inconsiderate company I've ever had to deal with. Tiffany was just snide and condescending. Assumed I had a credit card to put the balance on. I don't own a credit card. When I was hoping to make arrangements she hung up and didn't offer anything as soon as I said I was not paying the debt today. I called back and spoke with a supervisor (male) and explained to him he asked me what arrangements did I want to make .. I said what are my options? Absolutely the most unprofessional and rude “business” I’ve ever had to deal with in my life. Paula Woods brought up personal details about my life that is none of their business to try and get me to pay off the amount in full. Some people are not in a sound enough financial situation to pay off the amount in full. Anytime I would try to set up a payment plan they would verbal decline anything and say I would need to pay the amount off in full.
