Horrible Experience I had heard great things about Ms. Nichole's Kids - a.k.a. MNI Kids and considered sending my child here until I interacted with the staff and saw the children. The staff is condescending and dishonest. The Director, Tiffany, informed me that they are 'Golden Sneaker' certified when they are not certified. Horrible Administration I called the Smyrna location on March 24th 2015 and inquired about a spot for my child. At that time I was informed that there would be an open spot at the end of April or first week of May. Because I found positive reviews for this location and also because I have a family member who used them, I was willing to wait for this spot and asked to put his name on a waiting list, to which I was told that he was the first and only name on the list and they would be calling me as soon as the spot was open. My thoughts on the center and staff I used to have my oldest son in another program that I had to pull him out of. When I got word about Nichole opening up her after school program and summer care I was so relieved and thankful! I now have my youngest son there and it is the best place in Smyrna, Tn. to have your child. Very well organized, safe, caring, not to mention they make it fun for all the kids. I will highly recommend Ms Nichole's Inc to anyone that is asking!

Ms. Nichole's Inc is the best there is! Nothing else compares. As a mother of an only child and a former preschool director and teacher for 16 years, I am VERY picky! Ms. Nichole's Inc. is fabulous!! My daughter and I both love it!! The teachers and director/owner are kind and professional. They truly love working with children and it shows in everything they do. We love this place! My son started kindergarten this year and missed his preschool teacher terribly. We tried to sign him up for karate and had to deal with tears everyday. Once we found about Ms. Nichole's we went to visit and he loved it. So much so that he got upset if he didn't get to go everyday. They have lots of activities, healthy snacks and the staff is great. Thank you to Ms Nichole's Ms.Nichole worked in another daycare when my daughter was very little..She took VERY good care of her then as she does NOW!... Ms Laura & the other counselors are Wonderful ALSO!.. It feels good to know I can FULLY trust this ChildCare service with my child.. I could NEVER imagine my daughter staying any place else..Thank you for ALL YOU DO!...ALL of you are VERY much appreciated..Stephanie L. H

Love Ms. Nichole's This has been a blessing for my children, they have so much to offer. My children love to go into the computer lab and play games in the gym. I am so thankful for Ms. Nichole's. The staff is very friendly and caring. They really have taken an interest in my children; it's hard to get them to leave - they love it that much. For me that is a wonderful feeling.
