I have been a client of Ms. Mulligan's for a few years. In Janurary, I brought in 2 winter jackets for consignment. I specifically asked that these items not be donated if they didn't sell because I wanted to keep them. When I went to pick them up they had no record of them. The manager was not apologetic and insisted that I was mistaken even though I told her that I was especially mindful of these 2 jackets because I wanted them back.
I love Ms. Mulligans consignment store. Their prices are reasonable. They also offer a sweet discount for every $100 spent. Most of my clothes have come from their store, and I receive lots of compliments of my outfits from there.
