I have been a client of Ms. Mulligan's a few years. In January, I brought in 2 winter jackets for consignment and asked the they not be donated if they did not sell because I wanted to keep them. When I went to pick up the jackets, Ms. Mulligan's had no record of them. The manager offered no apology but rather tried to gaslight me by telling me to see if they are hanging in my closet. Consigner Beware!
