Dear Marks & Spencer Food Team, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding a recent change at my local Marks & Spencer Food store at Speke Retail Park, Liverpool. I have noticed that the Plant Kitchen section has been completely removed in order to make space for the Christmas ranges. Used their money exchange system, they messed up multiple times and then refused to give me the cash that I paid for. Additionally, they charged me £10 for the cancellation, when they cancelled it. Won't be using them again ever.
I have always rated M&S 5star but today have reduced it to 4 as they would not change my bag for life despite the wording on it that they would do so.
