Beware parking over here. There is a parking guy hanging around and taking pictures if you do not park ‘properly’. I got a parking ticket by parking slightly outside the parking line. It was a very quite time as all of the stores almost close and I just spend less than 10 mins inside the store. He managed to take pictures and I got a love letter few days later that cost me £100 I saw him taking pictures of vehicles the other day. Today! I had an amazing experience with a lovely and wonderful male called Sam, at the Bicester M&S I have terrible anxiety and get anxious when talking to strangers but he was lovely to talk to. Thank you Sam for making my day
Went here today around 1:00pm, I couldn’t catch the lady’s name but I was looking at the fruit… a very rude lady with short purple hair glasses just barged in front of me .. “excuse me please” would have been nice, the Communication skills were absolutely diabolical furthermore, non-existent manners cost nothing extremely disappointed And disgusted of the poor customer service from that member of staff as it is one of my local shops that I visit
The shelves were very sparsely stocked and people were milling around getting in the way. The food is as good as ever and the staff were helpful and opened tills when there was a queue. So while it wasnt a great experience it was still worth it to grab something nice for tea.
