I love M&S food for healthy lunch options however I’m disappointed in the lack of gluten free options - there is literally one sandwich and one wrap. It would be great if these are varied/rotated regularly to provide options. Considering its location at a healthcare site, I’m surprised by this.
Having used the M&S store in Addenbrooke's Concourse for many years, I've viewed the in-store cooked croissants as the best there are outside France. However, on the last two visits they have been dire; I assume it is in the cooking as I expect the recipe hasn't changed. To my untrained eye they appear to be undercooked and then not allowed to set, sad little offerings indeed!!
Decent shop lots of fresh good products unfortunately the check out staff extremely rude unbelievable. ( Two male stuff) Mark & Spencer should never ever employ rude people like them. Horrible experience.
Ridiculously overpriced, some of the prices in bakery went up 60% in a year which is well above national average, but they have monopoly to steal from people who have no choice but to shop with them.
